Welcome to those delightfully crisp mornings!

Beautiful, Memes, and ????: Autumn shows us how beautiful it is to let things go

Nothing says autumn quite like delicious food; it is the Season of Harvest, after all. So I’m going to share two of my favorite fall recipes with you below.

1. I love butternut squash! If I had more time, I would conjure up butternut squash recipes all the time. But since I don’t, I’ve found this lovely recipe. There are actually three different recipes in this link, #2 is my favorite! https://www.feastingathome.com/stuffed-butternut-three-ways/

2. I’m a lazy sort of cook. I don’t love to cook, I won’t lie. So when I find a one-pot recipe, I’m all about it. I do love butternut squash, but I also love soup (this soup has butternut squash in it). I especially love this particular soup, not just because it’s made in one pot, but because it’s reasonably healthy. It’s loaded with vegetables and quinoa. It’s a great addition to your recipe book! https://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/fall-vegetable-quinoa-soup/

Let us know if you try one (or both) of these recipes out. I hope that you enjoy!
